Jen & Karin first met as neighbours developing commercial loft space into trendy condos in Regina’s Warehouse District. Their shared passion for homes and design led them to a new career path in residential real estate in 2008, and the partnership of the W2 Realty Team was created.

Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures and the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association in partnership with our legal industry & and our government officials have been busy working on amending regulations to allow the real estate attorneys that we rely on heavily, to conduct transactions remotely so they can also practice physical distancing during this time.⁣
