Jen & Karin first met as neighbours developing commercial loft space into trendy condos in Regina’s Warehouse District. Their shared passion for homes and design led them to a new career path in residential real estate in 2008, and the partnership of the W2 Realty Team was created.

While most of us are hunkering down, there are people who are in a position because of life or job circumstances that they need to buy or sell a home, which is why our government chose to designate the Real Estate industry as an essential service. ⁣

Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures and the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association in partnership with our legal industry & and our government officials have been busy working on amending regulations to allow the real estate attorneys that we rely on heavily, to conduct transactions remotely so they can also practice physical distancing during this time.⁣

You may not need any of these services during this time but if you do we want you to know that our industry is continuing to work hard to ensure that measures are put in place to protect all parties concerned(both physically & legally) when these transactions do occur!⁣
