Jim Christie – Associate Broker, Owner & REALTOR®

Born and raised right here in Regina, Jim has spent his entire life enjoying what the city has to offer and building lasting relationships that make it impossible for him to imagine living anywhere else. Upon completing a marketing degree from the University of Regina in 2005, Jim immediately entered the real estate industry. The ability to get out as much as you put in instantly created a love for the job and made the hard work all worth it.

After four successful years of being an individual agent, it became clear that the real estate landscape was changing and to properly service his clients, a team based system was imperative. Jason Clermont and Jim had been colleagues for a few years but officially formed the JC REALTY TEAM in 2009. Since then, they continue to offer leading edge service to their clients by staying ahead of the curve when it comes to technology and education. Jim’s main areas of focus are in residential, commercial, and new home sales and leasing. He also takes great pride in his accessibility to his fellow team members to ensure they have the support they need to succeed on behalf of their clients.

Jim currently lives in the Lakeview area of Regina with his wife Shauna and three children Dylan, Parker & Elle. When not at a local sporting field or recreational facility with the kids, Jim enjoys being at the cottage as well as travelling abroad. He is a sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, cross country skiing and most board sports but predominantly is an armchair quarterback/point guard/shortstop.
