Summer Camps That Your Kids Will Love!

School is almost finished for another year and if you want to avoid hearing those awful words, “Mom and dad…. I’m BORED!”, you will want to check out these unique options for your little ones in Regina.

Bricks 4 Kidz®

Bricks 4 Kidz® camps are a fresh and fun way for kids ages 5-13+ to spend their school or holiday break! Guided by our experienced teachers and built around exciting themes like Amusement Parks, Space and Robotics, children will enjoy using LEGO® Bricks to build specially-designed Bricks 4 Kidz models, play LEGO®games and explore the world of engineering, architecture and animated movie-making.

 

Sportball

Sportball camps build upon our renowned Multi-Sport programs for expertly coached full and/or half-day sessions filled with creative fun, exciting games and skill-based sports.

ArtHouse Summer Camps

Kids will create fun, mini masterpieces while using an array of mediums (including watercolour and acrylic paint, plaster of paris, alcohol ink, artist pens and charcoal). Everyday will consist of guided projects in either the studio or out in nature. Some of the projects include Plaster Casting, Jackson Pollock inspired Water Gun Painting, Nature Shadow Drawings, Bubble Painting and so much more. Extra special activities include walking to the Mackenzie Art Gallery, as well an Arthouse Paint Party. We’ll end the week off at the Kinsmen Spray Park. Each camp hosts only 8 kids to ensure quality instruction.

EYES Summer Camp

EYES (Educating Youth in Engineering & Science) offer an incredible camp for grades 3-9 encompassing a variety of themes such as innovation, engineering, chemistry, computer coding, and health. This camp fills fast, so if you have a child intrigued by science, this might be a great fit for them.

Regina Equestrian Centre Half Day Camp

This half day camp is for ages 7-12 yrs of age.  This camp runs for four days in the morning.  The activities for this camp includes: riding lessons, horse theory classes, farm animal fun, games and archery. This is a good introductory camp for young kids looking for some fun summer activities to explore new interests.  Aug 14-17 & Aug 21-24,  Maximum of 12 campers.

University of Regina Conservatory of Performing Arts Summer Camps

Have a jammed packed summer schedule for kids ages 3-14 in a variety of sessions of music, drama, arts, and culture. There won’t be a dull moment for your child when they can sing, draft a comic book, learn what’s behind the scenes, do improv, and pretend to be in a wizard world! These sessions look like so much fun!

SaskTel Summer Cool Camps: Royal Saskatchewan Museum

For kids going into grades 1 to 5, our Summer Cool Camp 2017 line-up includes 4- and 5-day camps with themes including dinosaurs, wild animals, anthropology, Saskatchewan geography, ecozones, environment, marine life and plants. Children will have an opportunity to play, learn and explore nature past and present right in Regina! Every camp promises plenty of outdoor fun in Wascana Park and surrounding area. And for kids ages 9 to 12 our Young Explorers Hit the Road Camp includes a field trip to Eastend, SK!
